Transportation services

We at Rome’s Road offer transportation services in Rome and across Italy. Our fleet includes various vehicle types for different needs, and our drivers are licensed and trustworthy.

A private transfer from the airport to the center of Rome or back costs €60. It is for a couple or up to three passengers with a maximum of two large suitcases.

Private transfer for 3-6 passengers from the airport to the center of Rome or back costs €70

Private transfer for 7-8 passengers from the airport to the center of Rome or back costs €80 (up to 8 suitcases)

Hours of operation: 6:00-19:00 at the cost listed above

From 19:00 to 22:00, there will be an additional   €10

The driver will wait up to an hour and a half from landing in the field. Please keep us informed of any changes or delays as soon as possible.

It will take some time from landing to departure. Therefore, the driver arrives about 45 minutes after landing, not immediately. 

Safety seats for children must be requested in advance for an additional €10

For additional vehicles – minibus, bus…etc. Please get in touch with us to get a suitable price quote.

An alternative option is to have a chauffeur in Rome and nearby. Pricing will be provided based on the specific request.

During peak periods in Rome, there is often heavy traffic and a shortage of drivers. You may experience a wait for several minutes to get a driver. If you cannot find your driver, don’t hesitate to contact us and be patient. Our drivers are doing their best to reach you quickly and accurately. Still, their arrival depends on the conditions of the roads.

Important note:

Our drivers have been working with us for over 10 years. We trust them and are confident in their reliability and professional abilities. They are all Italians who speak basic English. If you have any questions or problems, we can accompany you by phone without any problem. The vehicles are good, and the drivers are NCC licensed, including insurance, of course. They are working and driving legally.

And a final note—the driver will be waiting for you at the airport reception hall. The car is parked in a designated parking lot for licensed drivers, approximately a 5-minute walk from the reception hall. It is not possible to park at the airport entrance.
